This camera came in a Chinese box with Chinese instructuons. There is nothing I have used a Logitech 920 camera since 2014 and have recommended it countless times to associates, students and friends as being an excellent camera for the money. This camera is nothing like the 920 camera I've used for 7 years. They look simular but this one only has the logo "Logi" not "Logitech". It also has a terrible "yellowish" washed out look when used. I can plug the older one in and get a perfect picture. I then remove it send plug in the "new" one under the same light conditions and visuals and the picture looks yellow and can't be really corrected using the software without washing out the image or adding way too much contrast or taking away too much saturation. This is simply a "Chinese knockoff" apparently designed for sake on Amazon. Don't buy it if you are expecting an actual Logitech C920 camera.

Price Gouger!!! I'm a teacher. I needed a camera for distance learning, at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic shut down, so I could teach at home. I couldn't find a good quality one, to fit my needs, ANYWHERE BUT HERE- WITH THIS SELLER. The market price, for this particular model, is about $80-90. This seller took advantage of the pandemic. I was charged $224 total. I realize I had a choice; however, when your Littles are depending on you to keep things as "normal as possible" when their word is turned upside down, well... my choice was for them. Although shipping was quick, I am disheartened by this seller's lack of integrity, especially during a time when our world is yearning for cohesiveness to get through this pandemic "together." The camera was a bit confusing to set up. I had to go to Google, download drivers, then research how to configure stuff on my laptop to align with drivers so it would work. After getting it to work, it was great! Awesome picture quality.

I bought a cheaper one originally even though I'm familiar with Logitech and never had a bad experience. The cheaper one was also cheaper quality with fewer features. The Logitech, however, is a great value with features you might not expect in such a reasonably priced camera. The Liogitech app interfaces well with the streaming software. An all around worthwhile buy.

Quality is ok. Priced twice as high as the manufacturer lists. Was hard to get it to work at first. I had to ask my computer programming sister for help. Adequate for family ZOOm calls. If you need meeting or You Tube Quailty you will need something a little better
